- 1/3 cup water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsp packed brunette sugar
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp Sambal Oelek, or extra to savour (optional)

Prepare rice: Cook rice according to directions listed on top of package.

For the sauce: In a minute mixing plate sweep together soy sauce and cornstarch till smooth. Stir inside water, net sauce, oyster sauce, brunette sugar, lime extract and Sambal Oelek provided using, set aside.
