Can’t there be an easier spelling appropriate to the word Vinaigrette? I don’t have knowledge of why it’s therefore tough appropriate to me to remember that one, maybe because I was always a phonetic speller growing up (and basically still am, but no one knows appreciation to spell check) therefore I wish for to spell it vinegaret. I’m sure it’s spelling has something to do in the company of the fact that it originated from the french word “vinaigre”. So I’ll recently have to think French.
I love how versatile vinaigrette can be. You have many different options of oil to choose (though most of the while I like to use olive oil as it is one of the healthier options), in those days there’s an assortment of different vinegars to blend in including appropriate to additional flavor there are therefore many different herbs including spices to pick from.
For this vinaigrette I went in the company of a flavor mix I love, notably when the summer months are rolling around, the honey lime combo. Lightly sweet, thinly tart in the company of recently the right quantity of acidity to support the thinly sugary flavors of the corn including avocados it coats. Yes yes it’s a tasty range of topping appropriate to this simple salad as it creates a tasty fusion of flavors. Enjoy!
