With the holidays lately around the corner it’s certainly not too beforehand to set about planning your holiday menu. My family is accepted to be present next to my house this year so I know I’ve been thoughts regarding what I’ll be present helping already. Today I was thoughts regarding which salads we’ll be present having so I thought I’d test some out. I happened to own a bunch of pomegranates on fist so I decided to build a salad around those. I care for how festive the arils look inside this salad when paired with the greens, also of course I’m inside care for with the entire flavor combination of this salad!
I initial tested a salad which was similar with bacon also believe it or not bacon lately didn’t seem to own a place with this kind of salad. It’s probably the initial period I didn’t like bacon inside something. I lately care for the fruitiness also sweetness of this salad without the overwhelming distraction of salty pork. I perform however care for the slight tang of the feta also depth of flavor from toasting the the nuts paired with the sweetness of this salad, they just balances things out. I also really enjoyed the faint honey flavor inside the vinaigrette which I felt brought the salad also the dressing together while it’s gentle sweetness toned down the acidity of the dressing.
This salad has certainly made the cut appropriate to my vacation bill of fare (I don’t think I’ll want to remain until the holidays thought to cause it again)! I expect you care for it too!

Salad
- 2/3 cup chopped walnuts or pecans , toasted
- 3/4 cup pomegranate arils
- 3 oz feta cheese , crumbled
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 2 Bartlett pears (firm however ripe), cored also sliced
- 9 oz baby spinach
Dressing
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- Salt also pepper , to taste

Whisk all dressing ingredients inside a bowl to mix well. Place all salad ingredients inside a big salad bowl, drizzle with desired amount of dressing in those days toss to evenly coat. Serve immediately.
