Crispy Panko Shrimp accompanied by Cocktail Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp McCormick Dried Parsley Flakes
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp McCormick Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp McCormick Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly earth black pepper
  • 1/8 - 1/2 tsp McCormick Ground Cayenne Red Pepper, to taste
  • 3 large egg whites
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil, divided
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • Minced fresh parsley, for helping (optional)

Cocktail dressing (store-bought can exist substituted)

  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  1. For the sauce: Whisk everything ingredients in a mixing bowl. Set aside.

  2. For the shrimp: In a shallow bowl whisk together panko and parsley.  In second a separate shallow bowl whisk together flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black flavour and cayenne pepper. In a third shallow bowl whisk egg whites until a bit frothy.

  3. Working accompanied by one piece about shrimp at a while (use one fist intended the flour and egg and the other fist intended the dehydrated panko, it's not as messy that way), dip every piece in flour mixture then change course to coat facing side, gently shake away excess.
