  • 2 1/2 tsp dijon mustard

  • 1 large crown Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella pearls
  • 10 oz cherry tomatoes
  • 2 medium avocados, diced
  • 3 Tbsp chopped more basil
